Our core competencies are turning from bar on long, short and multi-spindle automatic lathes, further processing on feed lathes, as well as superfinishing in soft and hard condition. CWG serves its customers from a single source – and that includes consulting, quality assurance, heat treatment, logistics and module assembly.

Thanks to our machine park, we are able to competitively offer almost any part in premium precision. We can realise short throughput times and small batch sizes, and we prefer to avoid errors rather than remedy them expensively. For this purpose, in some cases, measuring devices are used that were developed especially for us.

Further processing

Hard turning, deburring (brushing, sand blasting), laser marking, pressing & embossing up to 80t, smoothing, straightening, thread rolling, surface and heat treatment.

In general, we follow the approach of producing quality, without letting defects even arise. Here, our quality management relies on the latest tools and procedures. We are certified according to IATF 16949 in Gosheim and IATF 16949 in Aldingen, and use QM methods like 5W, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D, PQP, LPA & QAM. Sampling according to VDA & PPAP, and the use of a modern CAQ system or Kaizen in the individual organizations round off our quality management.


At CWG, we do not compromise on measurement and documentation as a matter of principle. This not only requires top-qualified specialists but also the most modern equipment available. At CWG we use the most advanced shape and position measuring instruments, contour and roughness measuring instruments, 3D measuring machines, optical shaft measuring instruments, testing machines, measuring microscopes, multi-sensor measuring instruments, and many more.

CWG has very high standards where purity and cleanliness in production halls and production processes are concerned. Assembly and sorting processes at CWG are carried out in specially designed cleanrooms. We realise residual contamination analyses to VDA-19 & ISO-16232, and utilise modern cleaning systems with multi-chamber system and ultrasonic.

With regard to logistics, CWG also relies on state-of-the-art concepts and state-of-the-art equipment that brings real added value to our customers. This includes EDI data transmission, customised packaging, Kanban, consignment stock, regional surface and heat treatment service providers, just-in-time delivery, or batch retraceability.
